Receptionist was not competent well. Still my security deposit was not refunded since it was paid via card.

Nice Basic Hotel
Reasonable price, staff at the counter were nice friendly and helpful, location was good for my purpose, easy checked in and checked out proses.
No food outlet inside or around the hotel, the room was quite small and no proper window for ventilation.

Needs A LOT of Improvement
The location is strategic
The check-in process was painfully slow—I had to queue for an hour at reception, only to be told my room wasn’t ready, resulting in an additional 30-minute wait. It’s frustrating that they charge extra for late checkouts but don’t offer any compensation for late check-ins. Throughout my stay, the access card repeatedly malfunctioned, requiring multiple trips to the reception to resolve it. To top it off, checking out was another ordeal, as they misplaced my deposit. Overall, it was a disappointing experience, and I wouldn’t stay here again.
